Limited Warranty Tractor Clutches, Inc. Set 12 Month or 12,000 miles
Tractor Clutches warrants to the original purchaser of this product, that the product is free from defects in workmanship and materials for a period of 12 months or 12,000 miles (whichever occurs first). This product, when installed properly, used and maintained in the type of vehicle recommended, in which a defect in workmanship and materials shall be found, will be exchanged free of charge, if returned to the seller, who is authorized to give this warranty. Tractor Clutches is not liable for its products when subject to abuse, misuse, improper application, improper installation, accident, or normal wear.
Proper installation of a new clutch consists of installing a new cover, disc, and release bearing, and resurfacing of the flywheel. Failure to meet all of these criteria’s will void the warranty. The use of air impact tools to install the cover assembly will also void the warranty.
Tractor Clutches will not be responsible nor will they pay for or provide labor or material which may be required to remove a product or install a replacement product. This warranty is limited to the replacement of the PRODUCT only, when returned with ALL components (cover, disc, release bearing, and pilot bushing where applicable) with the original purchase receipt.
Tractor Clutches OBLIGATION HEREUNDER DOES NOT INCLUDE LABOR CHARGES or incidental or consequential damages, no other warranty is hereby given, obligations under this warranty and other expressed or implied warranties provided under state law, including but not necessarily limited to, the implied warranties of the merchantability and fitness for particular purpose, shall expire one year or 12,000 miles from date of purchase.
Limited Warranty DOES NOT cover the following:
-Clutches that are exposed to excessive lubrication (oil or grease). DO NOT USE anti-seize.
-Original equipment.
-Kits returned without all original components – cover, disc, and bearing (pilot bearing where applicable).
-Items not installed correctly.
-Clutches that are worn out due to normal use.
-No rusty parts will be accepted.
-Any products that have been modified or abused.
